Albums products – Refund Policy
If you cancel a purchase of a product before the manufacture has commenced and are entitled to a refund. Your order details and design will be confirmed by Us with emails. Once everything is approved by emails your order will be sent to production. After the order is sent to production team there is no refund. I will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. I will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days of the day I received your valid notice of cancellation. If a wedding album is damaged or missing during the shipping we will print a new album or the album will be repaired
Shipping Policy
Shipping within Ireland is free. To other destination will be quoted individually. In case of returning the Album, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping any item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
